1.1 Introduction

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account with x baji, a user must be 21 years of age or older. A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested for age verification.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses in those accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at x baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Users must transact from a mobile wallet registered in their own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally sent back to the same mobile wallet method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements attached to the bonus have been met.
• If unusual activity is suspected, x baji may place a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

Please carefully check all details before confirming each deposit or withdrawal request. Funds sent to an incorrect account number may not be recoverable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

x baji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on eligible games.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Bonuses may have a set expiry period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• x baji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Program

x baji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on net losses. For example, a Gold member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on the activity accumulated at each tier.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

x baji uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all games, keeping every outcome completely random and unbiased. x baji is not obliged to pay compensation unless manipulation of a game result is proven.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x baji:

• Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Claiming bonus advantages through multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Attempting to defraud other users.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or other technical reason, x baji reserves the right to void that round or settle it in accordance with applicable policy.

6.1 Bet Settlement

All sports bet results will be settled based on the official outcome of the relevant event. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless a specific rule states otherwise.

6.2 Odds Changes

x baji reserves the right to change odds up until a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time will apply.

6.3 Live Betting

Specific rules may apply to in-play or live betting. If a dispute arises in connection with live betting due to a technical issue, x baji will settle the matter at its own discretion.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

x baji may set a maximum bet limit for specific events or markets. This limit will be displayed at the time of placing each bet.

7.1 Aware Betting

10.3 Maximum Liability

In any circumstance, x baji's liability is limited to an amount equal to the actual deposits held in the user's account. x baji will not accept liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

11.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by x baji

x baji may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

If an account is closed, any valid balance (if applicable and subject to conditions being met) will be returned.

12.1 Entire Agreement

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Limits on Waiver

If x baji does not exercise its rights in a particular instance, this will not be considered a waiver of the same or any other right in the future.

12.4 Language Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions is considered the primary version. In the event of any dispute, x baji's interpretation will be considered final.
